Bryan Caditz to Teach MCA Labor Law Class

On April 2, 2015, Bryan Caditz and Ed Kommers, the Executive Director of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Western Washington, will be co-teaching a labor law class for project managers.  The class will cover several matters of interest to contractors including terminations, grievance resolution, and dual gate issues.

Arne Hedeen to Teach Subcontracts Class at MCA

Arne Hedeen will be teaching at CMPM-1 Subcontracts class at the Mechanical Contractors Association of Western Washington on March 12, 2015.  The class will include lecture, case studies and class problems and will cover key risk shifting subcontract provisions, as well as management of the changes and disputes process.

Arne Hedeen Recognized for Construction Litigation in the 2014 Edition of Washington Super Lawyers

We are pleased to announce that Arne Hedeen has once again been selected to receive Super Lawyer status in Construction Litigation in the 2014 Edition of Washington Supers Lawyers. The selection of attorneys for inclusion in the Washington Super Lawyers is a result of independent research to determine no more than the top five percent of legal professionals in Washington state. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement including verdicts and settlements, transactions, representative clients, experience, honors and awards, special licenses and certifications, position within the law firm, bar and other professional activity, pro bono and community service as a lawyer, scholarly lectures and writings, education and employment background, and other outstanding achievements. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
